You don't want a macro-based program.

You want an individualized nutrition strategy.

You don't want a cheerleader.

You want an authentic expert who can guide.

You don't even want to just make weight.

You want to be competitive, happy and healthy.

Let's face it...

You need someone who's going to check off all the boxes (no compromises here).

Cam Li winning 66 kg. national title in the Canadian powerlifting competition
Camron Li benching in Nationals

Meet Camron Li

In October 2020, Cam maintained his weight of 70.0 kg while consuming 2000-2200 calories. He came to me wanting to ‘bulk up’, more specifically, gain muscle mass and minimize fat gain. This is quite the expected request by most powerlifters, but it is a tedious process that requires accountability, support and patience.

And just like many powerlifters, Cam had attempted this on his own in the past, and that was probably the only consistency he had regarding nutrition at that time. We spent the first few months building the habit of logging (food and weight) and checking in weekly. Cam was considered an intermediate powerlifter with years of experience powerlifting, but he was a novice regarding nutrition (which is fine!).

And yet, by December of 2021, Cam maintained his weight of 69.0-70.0 kg while consuming between 3000-3200 calories.

In May 2022, he competed as a 66.0 kg consuming as low as 2700 calories. Time and time again, Cam has shown commitment and enjoyment in the process.

And you bet he became the 66.0 kg Canadian National Champion in 2021.

Imagine walking up to the platform with the strongest version of yourself.

You’ve got the training portion in the bag, but the other 22 hours of your day… not so much. Between what your coach ‘can’ recommend to you, the articles you find online, and the swipe posts on Instagram — nutrition feels confusing and all so conflicting. And you’re watching other lifters surpass their potential and walk up to the bar empowered. What’s the difference? They have a nutrition coach. So you’re ready to take your performance to the next level; more specifically, you’re prepared to get the help you deserve and need now.

Consultations & Packages

You need a professional perspective. Someone who will help you figure out how to move past “starting all over” and bring you closer to the person you want to become in 6 months. But here’s the thing – you can stay accountable to a program, troubleshoot the small stuff along the way, and you don’t need to be checked in on.
